An example of this happened in 2007 to Gantumor and Tuul, a young couple who lived in Ikhtamir Sum of Arkhangai Province. After a year and a half of their marriage, they had a beautiful son named Batman. Since the boy was eight months old, his movements were no longer controlled, so the couple nicknamed him the enemy soldier.
After being nicknamed like this, the boy was no longer sick, and one day he had a terrible fever and died before he could reach the hospital. When the parents went to a well-known local monk to perform the funeral of their son, the monk closed his eyes for a while and said, “Why are you crying?” Your enemy’s soldiers are dead. Enemy soldiers are just enemy soldiers.
“You will survive only if the enemy soldiers die.” At first, the young couple did not understand the meaning of the monk’s words.
